Student Room Reservation Areas

For group study rooms, each person may make only 2 reservations per day, for a total of 2 hours per day, for up to 2 days in advance. The foyer table is used for USU clubs, classes, or departments only.

First Floor Study RoomsStudy Room

All first floor study rooms have a computer, large monitor, and door.

Second Floor Study Rooms

All second floor study rooms have doors.

Third Floor Study Rooms

Some third floor study rooms have doors.

Fourth Floor Study Rooms

Some fourth floor study rooms have doors.

Innovative Technology Rooms

VR and One Button Recording rooms. Other items need to be checked out.

Faculty and Staff Room Reservation Areas

Merrill-Cazier Library has several spaces that can be reserved for meetings and other events by USU faculty and staff and other campus groups.

Soundproof audio recording room includes a computer, microphone, and recording software.

208 Faculty Seminar RoomStudy Room

This room includes a computer, large monitor, projector, whiteboard, and is Zoom capable.

154 ClassroomStudy Room

Lecture-style classroom space with computer/projector. Zoom and IVC/Broadcast capable.
